LGBTQ+ Therapy.

Affirming care for queer and gender-diverse folks.

As a queer therapist, I know how powerful it is to sit with someone who doesn’t just “accept” your identity—but truly understands the nuance, the joy, the grief, and the celebration that can come with living as your full self. This isn’t just therapy where you’re tolerated. It’s a space where you’re affirmed, reflected, and supported.

Whether you’re exploring identity, recovering from religious or family-based harm, navigating political anxiety, or simply seeking a place where you don’t have to edit yourself—this is your space.

LGBTQ+ folks often come to therapy holding:

  • Internalized shame or fear around gender or sexuality

  • Family rejection or spiritual trauma

  • Uncertainty around labels or transitions

  • The exhaustion of constant self-advocacy or code switching

  • Isolation, grief, or anger around systems that erase or endanger us

  • Experiences with kink, non-monogamy, or sex work that are often misunderstood

Here, you won’t be pathologized for who you are. Therapy can be a place to unlearn, reimagine, and celebrate who you’ve always been.

How I Help

I offer relational, trauma-informed therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals that is kink-affirming, non-monogamy-affirming, sex work-affirming, and grounded in deep respect for the full spectrum of queer identity and experience.

In our work, we may:

  • Unpack internalized narratives and reconnect with your voice

  • Explore gender, sexuality, and identity with nuance and celebration

  • Grieve loss and harm—including family rupture or spiritual trauma

  • Navigate coming out, transitioning, or reclaiming your body

  • Process political anxiety and the toll of systemic harm

  • Build deeper intimacy—with yourself, your partners, and your communities

This is work that centers liberation and embodiment. You don’t need to justify your identity here—only bring your truth.

You don’t have to navigate identity, relationships, or healing in isolation. Therapy can be a space where you’re not just accepted, but truly celebrated.
